MANUFACTURING & STORAGE CAPACITY

VPG is capable of handling highest demands of its clients at any time of the year with meeting target deadlines without any hitch. Our factory (manufacturing) premise is capable of working 24/7 to ensure we finish any given task on a deadline.

With 14 Injection Moulding machines, available from 200 Tonnes to 3200 Tonnes and shot capacity from 10gms to 17kg, we are capable of fulfilling large industry manufacturing requirements based on complex designs. We also use automatic robots to increase efficiency and reduce process time.

VPG also provides an in-house printing service to manufactured products.

Our storage facility (warehouse) is big enough to accommodate all the manufactured products and capable of delivering them safe and secure to any destination.

In addition, we have access to a Plastic Chroming and Metal Pressing facility.

OUR DYNAMIC TEAM

Our manufacturing process is handled by well-trained supervisors, die-setters and machine operators to ensure smooth running of operations.

We have a separate Quality Control and Tool Making department, and also offer in-house Graphics and Printing services.

MATERIAL USED

We expertise in all moulding materials. Due to our excellent relationship with material and master-batch suppliers, we can accommodate to any material or colour options.
